Tóm tắt The study aimed to evaluate the management and factors of compliance with regulations and medical assessment procedures. For qualitative research, people with disabilities and their guardians, dossier-receiving and reception offers, the center leader, staff from District labor and social affairs department, medical evaluators were dept-interviewed. Most of the medical assessment cases (98.3%, n = 113) had their identification documents verified by the receiving staff. Percentage of assessment documentation was 98.3% (n = 113). All cases underwent specialized examination, with internal medicine being the most common (39.1%). A 99.1% (n = 114) of participants received professional consultation. All cases involved medical assessment council meetings. All cases (100%, n = 115) had records stored in accordance with regulations.
