Tóm tắt	The mean follow-up duration was 27.21 ± 13.50 months. Clinical recurrence occurred in only two patients (5.1%). Eckardt scores significantly decreased from 7.36 ± 1.61 preoperatively to 0.36 ± 0.93 at the study endpoint (p < 0.05). Postoperative weight gain occurred in over 80% of patients, with a mean increase of 5.94 kg. Endoscopic and radiological findings improved markedly. SF-36 scores improved significantly across all eight domains, particularly in bodily pain, role emotional, and general health (p < 0.001). The overall QOL score increased from 73.64 ± 10.51 to 85.93 ± 7.32 postoperatively.
