Tóm tắt	The prevalence of older adults at risk of sarcopenia according to SARC-F was 15.13%, higher in females (26.47%) than in males (11.86%) and increasing with age, from 8.13% in the 60–79 year group to 22.92% in the ≥ 80 year group. After adjusting for confounders, multivariable analysis identified four independent risk factors: age ≥ 80 years (aOR = 2.92; 95% CI: 1.32–6.48; p = 0.008), hypertension (aOR = 5.40; 95% CI: 1.24–23.54; p = 0.025), coronary artery disease (aOR = 2.74; 95% CI: 1.29–5.80; p = 0.008) and neurological disease (aOR = 10.34; 95% CI: 1.18–91.00; p = 0.035). No statistically significant association was found between sleep disorders (PSQI), overweight/obesity, smoking, diabetes mellitus or several other diseases and sarcopenia risk (p > 0.05).
