Tóm tắt	A cross-sectional study was conducted on 175 healthcare workers employed in high-risk clinical departments, results: The 12-month prevalence of sharps injuries was 12%, primarily caused by broken glassware (61.90%). Adequate KAP levels for towards sharps safety were highly positive: 93.71% for knowledge, 91.43% for attitudes, and 82.86% for practices. Multivariate logistic regression identified four independent risk factors: working in the Surgery department, having 5 to under 10 years of seniority, performing 8 or more procedures daily, and being unvaccinated against Hepatitis B.
