Tóm tắt	The results indicated the mean age was 63.1 years and 93.3% of patients were male. Hypertension (50.0%) and dyslipidemia (43.3%) were the most common comorbidities. Colchicine was the most prescribed agent (93.3%), and combination therapy was used in 70.0% of patients. NSAIDs were rarely prescribed in patients with CKD and were not used in diabetic patients, while corticosteroids were preferentially selected in these higher-risk groups. Overall VAS scores declined significantly from 9.3 at baseline to 2.2 at 48 hours Anti-inflammatory prescribing was broadly guideline-concordant, with appropriate individualization according to comorbidity profile.
