Tóm tắt The results indicated mean age was 62.9 ± 12.6 years; 49.2% were male. Dyslipidemia (62.7%), hypertension (53.4%), and overweight/obesity (44.1%) were the most common conditions, with 73.7% having ≥2 coexisting disorders. Most participants consumed breakfast before 08:00 (90.7%) and dinner between 18:00–20:00 (77.1%); overnight fasting of 8–10 hours was most common (57.6%), while only 26.3% fasted >10 hours. Frequent red meat (r = 0.37) and seafood consumption (r = 0.39) were positively associated with dyslipidemia. Longer overnight fasting (over 10h) was independently associated with lower odds of dyslipidemia (OR 0.29; 95%CI 0.10–0.83; p = 0.022), MAFLD (OR 0.29; 95%CI 0.10–0.86; p = 0.026), gout (OR 0.29; 95%CI 0.09–0.94; p = 0.039), and overweight/obesity (OR 0.12; 95%CI 0.02–0.98; p = 0.048).
