The rate of the most common bacteria strain was S. sonnei accounted for 47.6%, followed by S. flexneri (44.4%), S. dysenteriae (6.3%) and S. boydii (1.6%). Patients with leukocytosis accounted for 63.5% and positive CRP accounted for 44%. Multiple resistance antibiotics was found in many strains of S. sonnei and S. flexneri (85.7%, 71.4%; respectively). Ciprofloxacin was 49.2% with the successful rate is 90.3%.
