Tóm tắt	This cross-sectional study was conducted from January to May 2026 among 338 lecturers using a structured self-administered questionnaire. The results showed that 77.8% of participants had good knowledge regarding organ and tissue donation, while 58.3% demonstrated positive attitudes. Notably, only 29.6% of lecturers were willing to register for posthumous organ donation, although 92.3% were willing to donate organs to relatives if needed. Multivariable logistic regression analysis revealed that good knowledge was significantly associated with male gender (aOR = 2.08), lack of religious affiliation (aOR = 7.96), and positive attitudes (aOR = 5.04). Positive attitudes were significantly associated with having 5 to 10 years of professional experience (aOR = 4.51) and good knowledge (aOR = 4.86).
