Tóm tắt
The results revealed that community-acquired pathogens heavily dominated the etiological profile, with the classic "respiratory triad" accounting for 97.42% of all cases: Haemophilus influenzae (41.29%), Streptococcus pneumoniae (31.61%), and Moraxella catarrhalis (24.52%). Infections exhibited clear seasonal dynamics with prominent early spring and winter surges. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing demonstrated profound resistance among H. influenzae to ampicillin, cefuroxime, and co-trimoxazole, though advanced cephalosporins and carbapenems remained highly effective. M. catarrhalis isolates were largely resistant to legacy drugs but highly susceptible to amoxicillin/clavulanic acid and third-generation cephalosporins. Furthermore, S. pneumoniae exhibited near-total resistance to macrolides and clindamycin alongside extremely low oxacillin susceptibility, yet maintained absolute susceptibility to linezolid, vancomycin, and fluoroquinolones.
