Tóm tắt	The results indicated the mean age was 38.0 ± 14.1 years, with male predominance (68.6%). Nasal obstruction was the most common symptom (80.4%), followed by rhinorrhea (78.4%), headache (43.1%), and hyposmia (17.6%). Moderate nasal obstruction was most frequent (45.1%), with a mean VAS score of 6.8 ± 0.98. Type 5 deformity was the most prevalent (23.5%), followed by Types 2, 3, and 6 (15.7% each).
