Tóm tắt The results showed that the prevalence of occupational injuries was 27.9%, with males accounting for 82.5% of cases. The most common injury site was the hand (63.2%). Univariable analysis indicated that being male (OR = 4.39; 95% CI: 2.06–9.34), having ≤ 20 years of work experience (OR = 2.24; 95% CI: 1.13–4.45), lack of formal training (OR = 3.21; 95% CI: 1.39–7.41), absence of periodic health check-ups (OR = 2.73; 95% CI: 1.45–5.14), and working night shifts (OR = 3.49; 95% CI: 1.85–6.61) were significantly associated with increased risk of occupational injuries. Notably, not using personal protective equipment (PPE) increased the risk by 11.64 times (OR = 11.64; 95% CI: 3.64–37.21).
