Tóm tắt	The results showed that the mean age of the participants was 20.59 ± 2.33 years, and female students accounted for 65.13%. Students living in rented accommodation represented the highest proportion (56.3%), 40.8% had part-time jobs, and 47.3% had participated in clinical training. Regarding academic characteristics, 62.8% had an acceptable GPA in the most recent semester, 24.4% had failed at least one course, and 51.3% perceived their academic workload as heavy or very heavy. In terms of psychosocial characteristics, 68.1% were dissatisfied with their academic performance, 84.9% were worried about employment after graduation, and 21.7% had experienced a major life event within the previous three months. The prevalence of stress was 31.1%, while 68.9% were classified as normal. In terms of severity, mild stress accounted for 13.4%, moderate stress for 10.5%, severe stress for 3.4%, and extremely severe stress for 3.8%.
