Tóm tắt The results showed that the prevalence of CE was 37.9%. Multivariable logistic regression analysis identified hysteroscopic micropolyps and cesarean scar defect (CSD) as factors independently associated with CE. The presence of micropolyps was associated with a 3.31-fold increase in the odds of CE compared with patients without micropolyps (OR = 3.308; 95% CI: 1.037–12.320; p = 0.043). In contrast, CSD showed an inverse association with CE in the multivariable model (OR = 0.138; 95% CI: 0.012–0.724; p = 0.017).
